Ricky Gervais is celebrating the 25th anniversary of “The Office” with a limited-edition vodka release through Dutch Barn, which he co-owns.

Gervais revealed the bottle on Instagram this week, sharing a video that leaned heavily into the humor and awkward corporate style made famous by his character David Brent.

“Different drinks for different needs,” Gervais wrote in the caption, referencing one of his best-known lines from the original series.

The one-liter bottle features an illustrated image of David Brent on the front and contains Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka, which is made from British apples. According to the brand, the vodka won a Gold medal at The Vodka Masters 2024 competition.

The release commemorates 25 years since “The Office” first premiered in the UK on July 9, 2001.

“We’ve made a special bottle to commemorate 25 years of ‘The Office,’” Gervais said in the Instagram announcement. “The anniversary is actually on 9 July, but you can pre-order this so you can get it in good time.”

The limited-edition bottle is priced at £40 (US$54), bottled at 40% ABV and available for preorder through the brand’s website ahead of a July 1 shipping date.

Gervais became a co-owner of Ellers Farm Distillery, the producer behind Dutch Barn, in late 2023. Since then, the comedian has played a visible role in the brand’s marketing strategy, using comedy-driven campaigns and social media content to help the vodka stand out in an increasingly crowded category.

The brand launched in the United States in 2025 through a partnership with Opici Wines & Spirits and has focused much of its early U.S. expansion on Florida.

According to comments shared by Ellers Farm creative strategy head Bethany Trundle in The Spirits Business, Dutch Barn’s flavored vodkas — particularly Black Cherry and Ginger Spiced — have become key growth drivers for the company.

Ellers Farm unveiled its first whisky in March.
