On Tuesday, Four Walls, the whiskey brand founded by three cast members of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” Glenn Howerton, Rob McElhenny and Charlie Day, unveiled a new expression: Four Walls Irish American Whiskey.

The gang debuted the Four Walls Brand in June 2022 with two Irish whiskeys: Four Walls Bartender’s Blend Limited Edition and Four Walls Cask Strength Single Barrel Collector’s Edition. The whiskeys were priced at $89.95 and $999.95 respectively, and the actors donated 100% of the proceeds from the debut collection to aid the hospitality industry in Pennsylvania.

This time around, the brand is introducing a more accessible product. Four Walls Irish American Whiskey is heading to bars across the U.S. and is available from the Four Walls website for $34.99.

“After our higher-end releases, it was important for us to make a whiskey priced that all of our fans could try and that bartenders would want to use in everyday drinks,” Day said in a news release.

Bottled at 80 proof, Four Walls Irish American Whiskey is a blend of grain and malt Irish whiskeys and American rye whiskey.

The gang showed the “origin story” for the new product in a video published to the brand’s YouTube channel:

Day, McElhenney and Howerton are currently on a live podcast tour for their show, “The Always Sunny Podcast.” At a recent stop on Sept. 23 in Philadelphia, attendees had a chance to taste the new whiskey. Four Walls will again be poured for audience members at the Oct. 12 and Oct. 13 shows in Radio CityM usic Hall in New York City.

“The three of us have come up with some of our best ideas and had some of our most memorable nights out together in unassuming rooms where great bartenders made us feel like a million bucks when we probably didn’t have a hundred between us,” McElhenney said in the news release. “That is the power of a great bar – when your favorite people are there, your favorite bartender is working, and a great song is playing. Nothing can beat that good time, and that’s what Four Walls is all about.”
