Pharrell Williams Announces New Moët & Chandon Summer Champagne Collection

Moët & Chandon is extending its collaboration with Pharrell Williams for summer 2026, introducing a refreshed collection that includes a redesigned version of the Maison’s Ice Impérial champagne.
The latest release, announced Monday, builds on the partnership launched in 2025, when Williams reimagined several of the Champagne house’s flagship cuvées as part of a birthday-themed collection. This year’s campaign shifts the focus to summer celebrations, with Saint-Tropez serving as the backdrop for the collaboration.
The centerpiece of the new collection is Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial by Pharrell Williams. For the first time since its launch in 2011, the champagne is being presented without its signature white outer sleeve, exposing the bottle itself in a more minimalist format.
“I keep coming back to simplicity. Strip it back to what matters,” Williams said in a news release. “The bottle is simpler. The message is simpler. It’s about summer, community, and enjoying champagne your way — so the experience comes first.”
Designed specifically to be served over ice, Ice Impérial remains one of Champagne’s most distinctive offerings. The demi-sec expression features a blend led by Pinot Noir and Meunier, complemented by Chardonnay, and is intended to highlight tropical fruit notes, freshness and sweetness when poured over ice.
According to Moët & Chandon, the concept for Ice Impérial originated more than 15 years ago after the company observed consumers in Saint-Tropez enjoying champagne over ice during the summer months. The brand subsequently developed what it describes as the first champagne created specifically for that serving ritual.
The 2026 collection also includes redesigned editions of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial and Nectar Impérial Rosé, continuing the visual identity introduced during the partnership’s first year.
To support the launch, Moët & Chandon has unveiled a new advertising campaign featuring Williams and centered on shared experiences, outdoor gatherings and summer entertaining. The company is also bringing back its seasonal French Kiosk activation program, first introduced in 2025.
The new Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial and Brut Impérial by Pharrell Williams collection becomes available beginning June 1 through select retail channels.
Moët & Chandon Shares Pharrell-Inspired Summer Cocktail
As part of the summer launch, Moët & Chandon is also promoting a new serve created by Cellar Master Benoît Gouez called Pharrell’s Spicy Mango.
The cocktail pairs Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Blanc with mango nectar, agave syrup and spicy bitters, served over a chili-infused ice cube.
Pharrell’s Spicy Mango
Ingredients:
- 2 dashes Scrappy’s Spicy Bitters
- Moët notes that five dashes can be used for an “ultra spicy” variation
- 5 milliliters agave syrup
- 40 milliliters Alain Milliat mango nectar
- Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Blanc, to top
- Chili-encased clear ice cube
Indsturctions:
- Place a chili-encased clear ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass.
- Add the spicy bitters directly onto the ice.
- Pour in the mango nectar and agave syrup.
- Top with well-chilled Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Blanc.
- Insert a mixing spoon to the bottom of the glass and stir gently to combine the ingredients while preserving carbonation.
According to the company, the cocktail is designed to highlight Ice Impérial’s fruit-forward profile while adding tropical sweetness and a touch of heat for summer occasions.
