  • What a pleasant surprise! To be totally transparent, we had low expectations, and they were surpassed in every way. This is a very good entry into the realm of limited releases, and Maker’s Mark has begun to flex it’s flavor profile muscle with RC6.

  • The taste is slightly dry at first with a good slow buildup of clove and cinnamon spices that don’t overpower fruitier notes of peaches and apricots, while a touch of honey adds complexity and character in the background. The finish is long and smooth with a good fruity character.

  • The finish is long, with a mélange of cinnamon sugar, dried cherries, and apple strudel. Not sure why it was named like a droid, but this one was definitely worth the wait.
