About This Cocktail

The Orcadian Spritz is a fresh take on whisky, pairing Highland Park 12 Year Old with citrus, Angostura and sparkling wine. The result is a bright, floral highball that lets the whisky shine while keeping every sip light and refreshing.

Ingredients

1½ oz Highland Park 12 or 15
¾ oz Lemon-Lime Juice
2 dash Angostura
2 oz Sparkling Wine

Instructions

Shake everything except sparkling wine, & strain (not fine strain) into a chilled cocktail glass.
Add a single ice cube, the sparkling wine, & garnish with 6 or 7 mint leaves.
