On Tuesday, Heaven Hill Distillery unveiled its 2026 Grain to Glass lineup with three limited-edition wheated bourbons for 2026.

The Bardstown, Kentucky distillery is branding the collection as its official “Year of Wheat,” placing a full focus on Heaven Hill’s wheated bourbon mashbill.

The 2026 lineup comprises:

  • Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon
  • Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Specialty Barrel Wheated Bourbon
  • Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Extra Aged 9-Year-Old Wheated Bourbon

According to the company, the releases are intended to highlight how wheat influences flavor, texture and long-term maturation in bourbon production.

“In 2026, Heaven Hill Grain to Glass takes a more focused approach by centering exclusively on unique wheated mashbill offerings,” Molly Vincent, associate director of luxury whiskey at Heaven Hill, said in a news release.

The flagship third-edition wheated bourbon was distilled in 2019 and aged six years in #3 char barrels. It is bottled non-chill filtered at 107.8 proof and will carry a suggested retail price of $99.99 per 700-milliliter bottle.

The specialty release takes a different approach by aging entirely in French oak barrels rather than using secondary finishing. Also distilled in 2019, this whiskey is bottled at 109.2 proof, with a suggested retail price of $129.99.

The most limited release in the collection is the new 9-year-old “Extra Aged” wheated bourbon, distilled in 2017, barreled at 125 proof, aged in #3 char barrels and bottled at barrel proof. The release will retail for $149.99.

All three expressions are distilled from a mashbill of 52% corn, 35% wheat and 13% malted barley.

The Grain to Glass series also continues Heaven Hill’s partnership with Farm Rescue through the company’s Family Farms First initiative. Heaven Hill said it has committed up to $300,000 through 2028 to support farmers and ranchers facing hardships and natural disasters.

The distillery said the bourbons will be allocated nationally in limited quantities throughout 2026.
