Rich, lovely, sweet nose that delivers notes of cherry, powdered sugar, blackberry, butterscotch, oak, cherry cola.
This bourbon is delicious and exquisitely oaky on the palate. Oak, tannin, cherry, lemon peel, butterscotch, cinnamon and fudge abound.
A long, rich, finish imparts fudge, buttery croissant, lemon candies, butterscotch, cinnamon, barrel char, oak and buttercream
This is a phenomenal, rich bourbon. I've often greatly enjoyed Penelope's releases, but these Estate Series bottlings are the first that feel truly special to me — like, can go head to head in a blind tasting with the beloved, allocated bourbons of the world.
