Dulce Vida Reposado, produced under NOM 1443 in Jalisco’s Los Altos region, is made from organic blue weber agave. It undergoes autoclave cooking, roller mill extraction, open-air fermentation in stainless steel tanks and double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. Aged in whiskey barrels, it is bottled at 100 proof.
