Larrikin Golden Wattle Barrel Finish is a Kentucky bourbon from Larrikin Bourbon Co. in Lawrenceburg. It is an 11 year old Old Elk bourbon with a mash bill of 51% corn, 34% rye and 15% malted barley, finished for about four weeks in Australian barrels that previously held golden wattle gin. It is bottled at cask strength, around 123 proof, and was released in a limited run at the 2026 Kentucky Bourbon Festival.
