Larrikin Australia Series Manuka Honey Barrel Finish is an 11 year old Kentucky bourbon from Larrikin Bourbon Co. in Lawrenceburg. It uses sourced Old Elk bourbon with a mash bill of 51% corn, 34% rye and 15% malted barley, finished in French oak barrels that previously held Australian manuka honey. It is bottled at cask strength, 117 proof, and was first sold at the 2026 Kentucky Bourbon Festival.
