Distilled, as always, by Eduardo Angeles for Lalocura in a selection by Agave Mixtape, this release features an ensamble of San Martinero and Tobasiche agaves - both Karwinskii's. Produced using a clay pot in Santa catarina Minas, this release should be nothing short of flavorful, and it's adjustment was handled by using puntas and colas.

  • Nose:

Cream, cotton candy, fun clay character

  • Taste:

Rich on the palate, plenty of cream, cotton candy, vanilla bean, light pepper and wood smoke. Sweet, fruity, raspberry notes. Reminds me of Nuestra Soledad Lachigui on steroids in the best way.

  • Finish:

Long finish, sweet, fruity, a bit chemical like a latex paint, and some ash and smoke.

  • Overall:

Lovely, complex, fruity and fun and different with tons of complexity to boot.
