Beachcomber’s Margarita
About This Cocktail
Inspired by island flavors, the Beachcomber’s Margarita blends Casa Breck Blanco Tequila with tangy lime and sweet-tart li hing mui syrup for a tropical twist on the classic margarita.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Casa Breck Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Li Hing Mui Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 cup Agave
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Li Hing powder
Instructions
- Shake ingredients with ice.
- Strain and serve over lava salt rimmed glass.
Additional Instructions & Suggestions
Li Hing Simple syrup instructions: Over medium heat, add 2 cups water, 1 cup Agave, 1 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons Li Hing powder. Stir until sugar is dissolved, let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
