Larrikin Sugar Cane Rum Barrel Finish is an 11-year-old Kentucky bourbon from Larrikin Bourbon Co. in Lawrenceburg. It uses a high-rye mash bill of 51% corn, 34% rye and 15% malted barley, sourced from Ross & Squibb Distillery, and is finished in 12-year-old Australian sugarcane rum barrels from Husk Distillery. It is bottled at cask strength, 125.5 proof, and was sold only at the 2026 Kentucky Bourbon Festival.
