Señora Leona Blanco is an organic, unaged tequila made at Casa Natima in Amatitán, Jalisco. The agave is cooked in autoclave ovens for 14 hours, crushed with a tahona, fermented with wild yeast and double distilled in copper pot stills. It's bottled at 42% ABV and sells for roughly $20 to $35.
