Leyenda de Mexico Blanco is an unaged tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave at Vinos y Licores Azteca (NOM 1533) in the Jalisco highlands. The distillery is owned and run by master distiller Melly Barajas and staffed by women, and the agave is cooked in traditional ovens. It is bottled at 40% ABV and typically sells for about $70 to $99.
