Widow Jane Decadence is a small-batch blended straight bourbon made at Widow Jane Distillery in Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York. It blends bourbons aged at least 10 years from Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana, then finishes them in American oak barrels that previously held Crown Maple artisan maple syrup from Upstate New York. The whiskey is proofed with limestone water from the Rosendale Mines and bottled at 91 proof (45.5% ABV). Released annually in limited quantities for the fall and winter season, it has a suggested retail price of $99.99.
