Tarquin’s Cornish Gin and Connie Glaze Vodka producer, Southwestern Distillery, has ventured into the flavored vodka space with the launch of a toffee-forward liqueur.

“The joy of being a craft distillery is the opportunity to experiment, create small batches of spirits that can push the boundaries of flavour innovation, and partner up with fellow local artisan producers to celebrate the best of Cornwall,” shared master distiller and founder, Tarquin Leadbetter, per The Spirits Business.

Inspired by the Constantine Bay and the Atlantic environment of Cornwall, the new offering aims to reflect a ‘deep love’ for the region’s natural beauty. The distillery additionally donates 1% of all Connie Glaze sales to Beach Guardian CIC, supporting its efforts in cleaning the Constantine Bay and the Cornish coastline.

Each batch of Connie Glaze Vodka undergoes a slow sand filtration process, utilizing Cornish golden sands. This method not only purifies the spirit, according to the brand, but also imbues it with a subtle minerality reminiscent of the sea breeze. The vodka is then blended with toffee and authentic sea salt crystals from the Cornish Sea Salt Co.

Priced at £24 ($31) per 700-ml bottle, Connie Glaze Toffee Vodka Liqueur will initially be available for purchase on the brand’s website, with plans for distribution in the U.K. on- and off-trade channels and global export markets, The Spirits Business reported.
