This is the 2025 release of Yellowstone's anniversary Limited Edition bourbon release. For the first time in the history of the series, this year's blend doesn't come entirely from Kentucky. The blend brings together bourbon from Kentucky's Limestone Branch Distillery with barrels from its Luxco-owned sister company, Indiana's Ross & Squibb Distillery (better known still by its former name, MGP).
Bottled at 105 proof, this bourbon is a blend of three mashbills (no disclosure of what those are or which distillery contributed two of the three). Yellowstone Limited Edition 2025 has a suggested retail price of $99.99.

The nose is full of corn-heavy sweetness. Butterscotch, caramel corn, white chocolate chips and crème brûlée meet a bit of fruit — a nice raspberry filling note — and some powdered ginger.
The palate is soft, sweet and nuanced. Soft oak and spice — cinnamon, pepper and gingerbread — lead the way, soon followed by cherry and raspberry, which give way to crème brûlée, Demerara and smoked oak.
The finish is long and dry. Cinnamon and clove pop up at first, and then dark coffee and cacao come through, mingling with raisin and dried cherry, which eventually give way to a softer, sweeter profile of vanilla custard and waffle cone.
Yellowstone Limited Edition 2025 is a great bourbon that's nuanced, sweet and balanced. A rewarding, well-structured pour.
