Tequila Xoloitzcuintle Joven is produced at Hacienda Capellania in southern Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in low-pressure autoclaves, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless tanks without fibers. It is double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, blended from multiple batches, aged in American white oak barrels and bottled at 48% ABV.
