Tequila Xoloitzcuintle Extra Añejo is produced at Hacienda Capellania in southern Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in low-pressure autoclaves, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, aged in American white oak barrels and bottled at 46% ABV.
