House Review
Nose:
Huge caramel, honey, baked apple and cinnamon. Desserty, fruity, a perfect pinch of spice.
Taste:
Rich on the palate, honey, toffee, buttercream, apples, citrus and pears, nice woody oak note and baking spice to balance for days.
Finish:
Long finish, rich nougat, caramel, sweet oak, apple butter, ginger and a final pop of oak.
