House Review
  • Nose:

    Huge caramel, honey, baked apple and cinnamon. Desserty, fruity, a perfect pinch of spice.

  • Taste:

    Rich on the palate, honey, toffee, buttercream, apples, citrus and pears, nice woody oak note and baking spice to balance for days.

  • Finish:

    Long finish, rich nougat, caramel, sweet oak, apple butter, ginger and a final pop of oak.

  • Overall:

    Overall, delicious and complex, Woodinville is one of my favorite craft producers in the country and they continue to show up time and time again with great barrels.
