Very malt-forward nose with some pleasant wine notes — red grape, raspberry, rose petals — lingering in the background.
Very nice palate. Malt, white chocolate, cinnamon and mint coincide with some fruit character from the wine: guava, raspberry
Long and well-balanced finish: oak, malt, tobacco, clove.
Really nice stuff. A drinkable, complex malt from Westland. Wine finishes can be tricky, but this one is executed exquisitely.
