  • On the palate, the whisky opens with dates and a gentler take on dark chocolate. The midpoint brings orange zest and oatmeal sweetened with brown sugar. The mouthfeel leans toward medium to full, giving the flavors a presence without feeling heavy.

  • A beautiful malt. It’s well balanced and loaded with chocolate and coffee notes from those stout casks. A must-taste for any lover of stouts and single malts alike.

  • Nose:

Big juicy apple and pear notes pair with honey, cinnamon, shortbread and a touch of dark chocolate layered underneath

  • Taste:

Moderate mouthfeel. A very pleasing profile in which fruit-forward malt leads and is quickly followed by lovely stout notes. Mango and peach are joined by tobacco and charred walnuts, espresso bean, dark chocolate and caramel.

  • Finish:

Tobacco, raisin, cocoa, espresso and dark chocolate segue into tiramisu and graham cracker.
