Vanaha Artisanal Forest Gin is produced at Revelry Distillery in the Sattari forest of North Goa using 24 botanicals, including deodar wood, patchouli, cacao nibs, palash flowers, pine tips, Assam lemons and juniper berries. According to the producer, the gin is made using a five-step process that combines copper pot distillation, vapor infusion and cold vacuum distillation to preserve the botanical flavor. It is priced at about $24.
