Ron Cihuatán Indigo is a rum produced using a 100-year-old sugar cane mill and aged eight years in used American bourbon barrels under master blender Gabriela Ayala. Bottled at 40% ABV, it presents layered flavores of tropical fruit, vanilla, spice, dark chocolate and cream, according to brand tasting notes. The average price is about $28 per 750 ml bottle.
