Nose:
Aggressively woody, full of cedar, smoke, citrus and pepper. Young on the nose with aggressive tannins.

Taste:
Bitter and oaky, young and grainy. This tastes every day of two years old, with a tinge of ash and barrel char.

Finish:
Short finish. It’s a touch hot for 47% ABV, and the finish is bombarded with char, young wood, wet paper pulp and a touch of pepper and woody bitterness.
