  • The Whistler takes the concept in a new direction. Unfortunately, that direction involves a lot of sugar, which gives the whiskey a nose that runs to Reese’s peanut butter cups and a palate the offers notes of toasted marshmallow and tawny Port.

  • Nose:

    Uber sweet honey on the nose joined by pear and apple and cheesecake.

  • Taste:

    Extremely sweet but quite tasty. Strawberry cheesecake, honey, ethanol, whipped cream.

  • Finish:

    Lots of ethanol on the finish plus lots of honey and nougat.

  • Overall:

    Very sweet and young. Pretty tasty, though.
