Tau Tequila Reposado is produced by Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados in the southern Los Altos region of Jalisco using 100% blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks with champagne yeast. It is twice distilled in copper pot stills, aged in American white oak barrels, aerated and bottled at 40% ABV.
