Tau Tequila Blanco is produced by Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados in the southern Los Altos region of Jalisco using 100% blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks with champagne yeast. It is twice distilled in copper pot stills, aerated and bottled at 40% ABV.
