Tau Tequila Añejo is produced at Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados in southern Los Altos, Jalisco, using 100% blue weber agave cooked in brick ovens. The agave is then roller milled, fermented in stainless steel tanks with champagne yeast and distilled twice in copper pot stills. Aged in American white oak barrels and aerated before bottling, it rests at 40% ABV.
