Tau Tequila Blanco High Proof is produced at Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados in southern Los Altos, Jalisco, using 100% blue weber agave cooked in brick ovens. The agave is then roller milled, fermented in stainless steel tanks with champagne yeast in open air without fibers and distilled twice in copper pot stills. It rests unaged at 48.5% ABV.
