Tapatio Blanco Tequila is bottled after resting in steel tanks for six months. The agave is hand-selected, slow-baked for four days, crushed and pressed to extract sweet agave juice. Fermentation with a 75-year-old yeast culture follows, and then it's double-distilled in small Copper Alambiques Tequilano Pot Stills. Barely filtered.
