Starlight Mizunara Reserve Bourbon is a limited-edition bourbon produced by Starlight Distillery in Indiana. The whiskey begins as the distillery's estate-distilled bourbon, crafted using a sweet mash process and double pot distillation before aging in new charred American oak barrels. Select barrels are then finished in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks. According to the producer, the finishing process contributes notes of sandalwood, toasted coconut, vanilla and baking spice.
