Butter and citrus zest. Faint salinity, bright spot of minerality and faint smoke. Custard sweetness.
Rich palate. Peppery with faint smoke. Peach cobbler, honey, slivered almond and a touch of buttercream.
Long, rich, smoky finish. Ash, minerality, some delightful pepper. That cobbler note is back and pairs so well.
A damn good Springbank. That’s really all there is to say. This dram embodies all of the best things about Springbank and makes for a great bottle.
