Produced in Texas, Spiritless Kentucky 74 is a distilled non-alcoholic bourbon alternative crafted through a proprietary reverse distillation process. Per the brand, it offers tasting notes of caramel, vanilla and oak.
An interesting entry in the non-alcoholic spirit category. I’m not sure that this comes close to a real Bourbon, but it does have a southern character. Definitely something you will want to use in a three ingredient cocktail such as an Old-Fashioned, Mint Julep or Whiskey Sour.
