Sierra Tequila Blanco is a mixto blanco tequila made at Destilerías Sierra Unidas (NOM 1451) on a historic Hacienda in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Blue Weber agave is cooked in an autoclave, fermented in stainless steel tanks, twice distilled in copper pot stills, and rested in stainless steel before bottling unaged. It is bottled at 38% ABV and retails for around $20-30 USD, and is distributed internationally by Borco-Marken-Import of Hamburg, Germany.
