Big banana cream note, plus tangerine, apple, coconut, vanilla, apricot
Moderate mouthfeel, good deal of heat. Oak and char meet butterscotch, coffee, plum, peach.
Long finish. Tangerine, buttered sourdough, tobacco, leather, a nice meatiness and a distinct dank note.
A tasty cask. Fruit and oak mix well to produce a lovely expression.
