Reserva de la Torre Tequila Blanco is produced at Vinícola Jaliciense in Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico. Blue weber agave is cooked in brick ovens and extracted with a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with agave fibers. The tequila is double distilled in copper pot stills and bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
