The Limited Release Bourbon is a blend of 7- to 9-year Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 119.94 proof. Built on low-yield Indiana barrels with two Kentucky mash bills, it delivers a high-proof profile. According to the retailer, it shows orange zest, brown sugar, apple and toasted oak on the nose; a palate with cinnamon sugar, honey, black pepper, cherry cola and light leather; and a long finish of clove, nutmeg, mixed fruit and oak.
