Piedra Azul Tequila Blanco is produced by Piedra Azul under NOM 1142. Made from blue weber agave, it is produced in the Ciénega region of Jalisco. The agave is cooked in an autoclave, extracted using a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is then distilled twice and bottled unaged at 80 proof.
