Pezuña Blanca is the latest launch out of the Tequila Los Americas distillery in Amatitan, Jalisco. The brand makes use of mineral-rich, agaves sourced from Los Valles that are open-air fermented and cooked for approximately 40 to 45 hours. Launched by Dynasty Spirits in 2025, Pezuña Blanca is currently available only in Texas, with distribution slated to expand nationwide in January.

A great balance of agave and approachable, springtime minerality. Aromas of earth, mint, artichoke, stone, white pepper and fresh rain. A charred agave note cuts through the mist with an understated sweetness.
Once again, all of those characteristic lowland notes steal the show. A rich, chewy agave flavor bounces off hints of grapefruit rind, tangerine, crushed biscuits and honey. There's plenty of black pepper spiciness, a bit of bell pepper sweetness and a lingering herb vibe that creeps up on the backend.
A medium-length finish wraps up with flecks of agave nectar, black pepper, melon and cilantro.
Pezuña Blanca offers an excellent, terroir-forward sipping tequila that fires on just about every cylinder. Add to that, it's got a reasonable retail price and a matte-white ceramic decanter that feels oh-so modern luxury. This is a bottle you'll want to grab sooner rather than later, as it'll assuredly become a scarce item once influencers discover its many, many highlights.
