Penelope Toasted Rye is a straight rye whiskey, bottled at 100 proof and non-chill-filtered. Made from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, the whiskey is first matured in charred new American oak barrels, then finished in a freshly toasted barrel with char 2 and a heavy toast.
