In April 2025, Penelope Bourbon launched its first bottled cocktail, the Penelope Peach Old Fashioned. This ready-to-drink release blends the brand’s straight bourbon and rye with peach bitters and maple syrup. Bottled at 80 proof, it comes in a 750ml format with a suggested retail price of $29.99.

Lovely fresh peach juice on the nose.
Peach continues onto the palate with a big peach rings vibe, joined by some notes that clearly come from the bourbon: cornbread, vanilla, cinnamon.
The finish is a bit less sweet than the palate, which works nicely — I give it points for not tailing off into a sickly sweet finish the way many RTD Old Fashioneds do. Notes on the finish include peach juice, vanilla and a touch of ethanol.
Quite a nice Old Fashioned. It's a little on the sweet side, but any fan of peach and a sweet bourbon cocktail should prioritize tracking this down.
