Padre Azul Blanco is a 100% blue weber agave tequila produced in small batches in the Tequila Valley region of Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves are harvested after eight years of growth and cooked in stone or brick ovens, then extracted using a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks through spontaneous fermentation, followed by double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. This unaged tequila is bottled at 40% ABV.
