Nobleza 33 Tequila Blanco is produced at Destilería El Pandillo in Los Altos, Southern Jalisco, Mexico. The blue weber agave is cooked in brick ovens and extracted using a tahona. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with both fiber-in and fiber-free methods. The tequila is then double distilled in copper pot stills and bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
