Mountain Summit Whiskey Finished with Amburana Wood is produced by Spirits of the Wasatch, a small-batch distillery in Salt Lake City, Utah. The whiskey is a blend of bourbon and malt whiskeys made from a grain-to-glass mash bill of 68% corn, 18% rye, 8% wheat and 6% barley, then finished with Amburana wood. Named for the 11,331-foot Mount Pfeifferhorn in Utah's Wasatch Range, it is bottled at 47% ABV and carries no age statement.
