  • Aromas and flavors of clarified butter on hot cast iron, black pepper, and vanilla and caramel with a round, lively, dry medium body and a warming, interesting, medium-length finish imparting accents of buttered vanilla caramel, cinnamon sugar on rye bread, and apple fritter.

  • Lime, some new wood, and lots of sweet citrus on the nose. It’s a bit hot on the palate, with vanilla and light berry notes, but overall it is a bit spiky at times.
