Mountain Summit Toasted Rye Whiskey is produced by Spirits of the Wasatch, a grain-to-glass distillery in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is made from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, aged first in charred American oak barrels, then re-barreled into toasted oak casks in a double-oaking process. It is bottled at 47% ABV (94-proof) in 750ml bottles.
