  • This is an approachable, strawberry-forward drink that leans more toward a lightly sparkling soda than a distinctly botanical beverage. The rose remains understated throughout. While it could benefit from greater floral definition and complexity, it's an enjoyable option for those who prefer sweeter, fruit-driven sodas without as much of the syrupy richness of a traditional soft drink.

  • Nose:

    Pronounced notes of sweet strawberry jam immediately stand out. The rose stays tucked away, while a subtle powdery note in the background that reminds me of of Flintstones vitamins in a strange way.

  • Taste:

    Basically it's strawberry soda, though noticeably a little less syrupy, which makes it more enjoyable. There is a gentle effervescence, but it isn't as highly carbonated as a traditional soda. The rose remains very subtle, adding little of the perfumed floral character one might expect, allowing the strawberry to stay firmly at the forefront.

  • Finish:

    Lingering strawberry sweetness carries through the finish, with a subtle hint of rose becoming more noticeable on the exhale.

  • Overall:
