    Unmistakably blackberry jam. It smells like freshly crushed berries, with a subtle brightness that gives the fruit a just-picked quality. The lavender isn't really present, which I suspect will be consistant throughout the flavor profile.

    Tart with a pleasant sweetness, it tastes like summer in a can. There is a slight powdery note that likely comes from the lavender, though the floral character is so subtle that it never fully comes through.
